can i run my car with no thermostat

please dont hit me for this but my friend has been running his car with no thermostat and it stays really cool is that possible on my car i need to know because my car gets pretty hot it stays at 3/4 hot on long trips and i want to go to the sunday meet without overheating or anything again im a noobie i just wanna know b4 i go dont kill me for just wanting to know

you can, but it will never heat up, and it'll get worse gas milage.

basicaully meaning its gonna run hella rich rite? i think think might be an issue seeing that im running 19lb injectors it already sputters hard accel with no adjustable regulator i may do it for tommoroe but after im getting a thermostat what temp should i get im thinking of gettin 170 degree

if your car runs that bad AND overheats, it seems like long trips aren't a good idea
