Need some help with my e30

I have a 88 325is, sometimes when i start the engine i have to wait a bit otherwise if i hit the gas pedal one time the car will act like if its choking and will turn off, also othertimes out of nowhere the car starts accelerating by it self like up to 4rpms, what could it be?
i had some vaccum issues a weeks ago and i fix it, and now the car is acting weird again, could it be another vaccum leak that im not aware of?
