My fans stuck on the radiator

Like the title says my fan is stuck and won't move cause it is stuck on the radiator. It has been close to it for awhile but it just recently went forward till it stopped turning. How do I get the engine back in its place and make it stay there? And I don't know if this has to do with the engine moving to but my shifter is rubbing on the drive shaft in 1st and 2nd gear. Help me?

+1, and transmission mounts. But it could also be due to a bad water pump or fan clutch and/or a radiator that's come adrift.

If the fan has contacted the radiator, you are almost certainly going to need a new radiator along with a fan in addition to whatever caused the contact.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
