    chockes under acceleration

Hey people I have a big problem and I want to know what you people think it is, to start with the car is a 1988 325i convertible, the car starts but it does not idle, you need to hold the gas pedal so it will stay on and then when you want to accelerate the car chokes like if it is cutting the fuel, what I have cheeked so far is the vacuum hoses(all of them are OK), FPR, new fuel filter, new spark plugs and new distributor cap and rotor. I check the the codes for the CEL and it gave me a 1223(Coolant Temperature Sensor) I already replace that but still gives me that code.

(in my opinion)I think the problem is the MAF because I disconnected it and the car does not choke but still does not idle, I also wonder if the O2 sensor is bad? is there any way I can test this things to see if they are working? If I can I will post a video later of what the car is doing and sorry if I misspelled something I am using a PS3 controller
