    eta rebuild/refresh?

I think i've come to the conclusion that I need to rebuild my bottom end... I have oil leaking into cylinder #6. I replaced the HG and cleaned everything in there up, to find oiling pissing in after less than a month. It started bucking like it did when oil and coolant got in there, so i checked it and of course the spark plug was covered. it was the only wet one, but some others had signs of burning oil...

The hard part for me is that i dont have a very large budget and probably even less time. I work 25hrs/wk and go to school full time. I really need this thing back on the road for the time being. oh, it has 180k on it.

    So, here are my questions:
    1) Can I rebuild the bottom end without removing the head? clutch/pp?
    2) I need to hone the cylinders? and if i do, do i need to get oversized rings?
    3) Is it possible to just replace the rings?
    4) Should i just grab a bottom end out of a junk yard that passes a compression test?

I'd love any suggestions... I can use all the help I can get
