Start with the basics, which would be a smoke test of the intake to locate any intake leaks and running the suite of fuel systems tests in the Bentley. Next would be a new set of plugs (NGK ZGR5A plugs since Bosch W8LCR are NLA) and valve adjustments. I'd also do a compression and leak down test to assess the condition of the head and cylinders.
I couldn't tell if that rats nest of ignition wires has the Cylinder ID sensor on plug wire 6. But if it doersn't replace that mess with the correct ignition wire set and while you are at it a new distributor cap and rotor.
If that fails to eliminate the misfire and the compression and leak down numbers are decent, pull the injectors and have them cleaned and flow tested.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

But seriously... good advice. I need to do some diagnostics on my car as well. Damn automotive school messed it up. I know.. I know, shouldn't have taken it there to begin with.
