Okay, yes, i know, search. I did. so thats out of the way.
I'm putting a m20b25 (built in 86) into my 86 325es (built 6/86). The engine came complete with the exception of a: throttle body, tps, icv, afm, intake boot, and wiring harness. (I have a 153 DME)
Currently, my friend is wiring a b25 harness to my b27 connector plugs. I don't get along with wires. Any problems using a harness out of a non-87 b25? Any problems wiring into a 86' b27?
IIRC, all the throttle bodies, tps', and afms are the same/interchangeable. I also know that the boots and icv's are different. So, my question is, which one do I need? T or L shaped?
