    Diff gearing

Doing an e to i swap and need a new diff gearing. What should I get 3.73 or 4.10? I like to track my car a few times a year and don't care too much about gas consumption. How do each of these gears compare? What do people have to say about each? Or......If there is already a thread and I'm a tool for not finding it, point me in the right direction.:)

Compare your stock ratios and given tire size with what you will end up with

I am currently running an automatic 325i but have plans to run a 4.10 rear with the stock G260 gearing and stock tire diameter. With this setup 4th gear is 1:1 where as currently my automatic 3rd gear is 1:1.

Some people will tell you that a 4.10 + G260 is too short but I love short gearing (ever drive an Acura Integra GSR?). If you have an increased rev limiter and cams+headwork which favor higher RPM then a 4.10 would be even better.
