    Car runs then dies

    I have an 1987 325 with a 2.5L it just had a swap done same motor and everything. but when it starts i run for aprox. a min then shuts off.
    Any tips i would need
    The injectors timed?

      When the engine dies can you immediately restart it, or do you have to wait a while before it will fire?

      It sort of sounds like it might be a fuel problem. The first thing to do would be to attach a gage to the inlet of the fuel rail and see what the pressure is doing.
      The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

          The pressure is at the recomended psi. From what it seems like it runs off the cold start injector, and that the other injectors dont fire corectly. Would an Idle conrtol valve be a posibility, Fuel pressure reg., or even the ecu?
