Head Gasket not only blown...but blown to hell!!

The same milky white oil/coolant mix thats under the cap is in the intake hose?

Does this mean my eta motor is fubar?

all i wanted to do was change the fuel filter and I find this:hitler:

What does it look like on your dipstick? Condensation can play tricks on you. If your coolant is green and your oil is brown/black and there's no white smoke out the tail pipe you're okay

Nope I dont get any white smoke out of the tail which I check for everytime I've started it recently.

Dipstick is milky, an so is the underside of the filler cap. I've never heard of having this milky mixture in the intake though.

      It's very alarming.

Drain the oil and check for "milkshake". Milky emulsion on the dipstick, under the oil filler cap, or even in the intake can simply be a sign that the engine is running cold and/or isn't seeing enough sustained (at least 20mi) highway speed travel on a regular and frequent basis.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
