need help plz!

so this is whats wrong with my car. it takes a lil time to get it started but when started it idle a lil rough and then smoothens out but when i start to drive it runns like crap. the motor sounds loud ...sort of as if it wer high reving but the rev limiter shows it at 3k and when i shift in to second it it bogs and and wants to die out and same as in all the other gears so idk whats up maybe you guys could help me out its a 91 5 speed ix

The starting and running problems are likely to be due to:

Intake leaks
Fuel delivery problems
Aged ignition wires/distributor/rotor

or a combination of those. Additionally an aged O2 sensor (useful life is not more than 100k) can be a contributor to hot running & performance problems.
