car stumbled/ bogs at 3.5-4.5 rpm??

My cabby runs great except when at full throttle in every gear at 3,500- 4,500 rpm. At first i thought it might have been the clutch slipping or something but now i realize it just sorta hesitates and stumbles then finishes strong to redline.

I'm thinking the intake boot thats ripped might be the problem or maybe an o2 or something?

That sounds to me more like a CPS/harmonic balancer problem or a bad spot in the AFM resistance trace.

Check the 02, they're know for that.

the intake boot being torn shows up at idle. Id check the O2 sensor.
