        dude same thing happened to me, cut the top off and pull the head, pb blaster over night tap the bold every way possible to brake loose, the channel lock that shit out....

          The best method I've found is to cut the head of the bolt off, remove the rest of the bolts and then the head, and then use a stud puller to remove the broken bolt. Works every time.e
