    Broken Distributor rotor mount

    So when I removed the rotor I found out my mount was broken, how much pain is it to replace anyone have a write up.

    I am going to junk yard tomorrow to get a good one.

    unbolt torx bolt remove make sure pulley doesnt come off mark it just in case

      haha it says HOMO on the inside of the plastic piece... anyways carrier on...

            Mine has been broken like that for god knows how long. I noticed it when I did my timing belt, but couldnt afford the downtime to wait for Pelican. Forgot all about it till now.

              lol.... i have a brand new one sitting in a box, i broke my old one then blew the motor up so i never used the new one.

                put your timing belt on to keep the cam from turning before you try to loosen the cam bolt to keep the timing marks lined up and use the proper socket GL
