    Odd Noise...Any Ideas?

My car has been making this odd noise. It kind of sounds like a belt to me. But I dont know much. My belts look good and dont seem to move much. The timing belt and water pump is still new. After the car warms up it stops. Its odd once its getting warm you hear it start to fade away and then POW its gone.

    any ideas?!?!

If it was taking a dump would i see my electronics dying or trouble starting?

Eventually, but before then the noise will have gotten so loud that you'll have replaced the alternator.

To find out if it is the alternator, remove the belt and spin the alternator pulley. If it is noisy, replace it.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
