    m20b25 swap Question

    Will the motor from an auto 89 325i mount up to my manual 84 318i trans? if not, what will i need? thanks alot guys

      No. You need a trans from an M20 car.

          And you'll need a drive shaft, engine harness, DME AFM, etc from a 325i. In other words everything from the fan to the differential.
          The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

              wow really? i thought the engine bolted right up to the trans? its from the m10. and im taken everything from the 325i other than the trans cuz its an auto.
