No power to the fuel pump?

I drove my e30 (m20) to a job site (about 60 miles). When I went to start the car up at the end of the day, it would crank but would not start. I checked a bunch of things but realized the car was not getting fuel. Had it towed the 60 miles back home to my garage.

To make a long story short the pump doesn’t seem to be getting power. Fuse #11 is good, jumped the relay, and still no power.

So, my question is, does the power go from the ecu to the fuse, through the relay to the pump? If so does that mean that somewhere from the relay to the pump the wire is probably broken? Any advice on the situation would be greatly appreciated!
