    Good accessory 12v

I am good to be wiring up my electric fan today, i will be using an adjustable thermostat, and was wondering what is the good 12 v line to use under the hood as the power source?

Why not utilize all the stock wiring, but add your thermostat to it?

Was not sure if the stock wiring was good enough for the 2200 cfm fan, also I am using a custom temp probe instead of using the radiator auxiliary switch.

Why don't you just run a dedicated line? There's a power distribution junction on the firewall.

The stock fan uses huge power.

my only fear of running a line of firewall is killing the battery if it is very hot out and engine is off but the fan still kicks on due to the temp
