Oil Control Valve - present on the 325e 2.7L?

as title states, just wondering if this is present on the 2.7L 325e motors. i saw it on my old 325is, but haven't seen it on the 325e

Do you mean the thermostat in the oil filter housing for the oil cooler bypass? 325e's don't have oil coolers
