Rings too tight.

My middle rings are appearing to be too tight.
Deves rings are the brand i got. I will go out and measure thickness and all that. Just curious what you guys might think.

I am refering to the "side clearance", that is the term Bentley uses. the tolerance is supposed to be .0012-.0020. The smallest i have is a .0015 and it won't fit at all.

I plan on researching the rings and getting with the manufacture, just thought someone might have an answer.

Oh, yes i used a gap cleaner to get all the old carbon out.

ok, lets try another route...
1) what are some of the stock ring manufactures that you guys use?
2) Being that these rings fit nicely (the 2nd ring) in an eta piston could they have sent me the wrong ring in the right box? Are the 2.7 and 2.5 pistongs different with the respect with the rings?

Problem solved... the manufacturer put 2.7 rings in with a 2.5 box. Had to measure ring and call dealer. Got new ones coming. Now to continue with stroker.
