I was under the impression that our cars were supposed to idle 900ish until warm and then settle to 750ish. My car used to do this, but now when I start it (when it's cold), it fires up and settles at around 500-700ish. Once it gets warm, it'll hold a good idle right around 750. I've also noticed that under an electrical load (headlights or A/C), the idle dips to around 550-650ish. I've replaced the ICV, smoke tested the intake, had the fuel injectors cleaned, and pretty everything I could think of to try and figure out the problem. Any other ideas as to what would be causing this?
