Help please!! No crank and no turn

Help please no crank or start

my 92 e30 cabrio quit on me after coming home from class
my windows stopped working and I dissassembled the electronics under the center console cuz I knew it was from this area it has happened before. Oddly before I had played round with the green blue green blue green black wires. My dad thinks I blew something like the fusible relay but we cannot locate it on the cabrio. All fuses are okay. Need advice and help I have to go to work and school tomorrow :(

There is power on the OBC, instrument cluster & everywhere else in the car.. but exactly what is stopping the will to crank is baffling me. I have checked and even replaced the main relays to be sure. All spark plugs and cap& rotor is in place.. just does not Start! I also want to ask because my father mentioned that the starter may have died on me all of a sudden, how can I check if the starter for the ignition key is in OK condition? AHHHHHHHHHHHH my car is driving me crazy.

ignition switch? fusible link? (in trunk, replace with a 50amp cat stereo in line fuse) battery bad?

Yeah its a cabrio so battery is in the hood. the battery is perfectly fine and charged. it provides more than enough voltage to start the car.

I know that. i quoted my dad having had this problem before and he fixed it by bypassing the fusible link. & we had a hard time locating it under the hood.

Edit: There is clickin sounds from engine bay and blower motor is blowing.. everything is fine. Battery read 12v constant.

your hearing the click of the main relays and just because a relay clicks does not mean its good. was it happening intermittantly before this happened or just all at once?

Well what I had noticed that.. the car did not sound HEALTHY at ALL when starting the motor and turning over before this. It sounded really weak and not the way it should be. I cant quote the type of sound but it just was not normal... like it was having a hard time but it started with just a couple of seconds like normal. Then this.
