Which seal is this? Not in RealOEM and need to replace it

I finally got this 885 head back from the machine shop. I didn't notice this seal before giving the head to them. In person the seal looks new, but from the picture you can see that it is not seated all the way around and needs to be reseated or replaced.

What seal is this and how do I get it out/in? Thanks!

Edit: Looks almost like some sort of aftermarket plug. Could that be it?

#3, it should just be a freeze plug, it's probably something machine shop put on there.

Except it appears to be a plug in the freeze plug. Anyone know why this is done and if that seal needs to be fixed?

looks like a warranty ID tag from the machine shop. they place these so you cant say that your POS head in the shop is the one they remanned and get a free head job. Its just stuck inside the core plug with a JB weld type thing and doesnt seal anything. its for ID only

Some tags like that have an overheat indicator built in too, so if it overheats they Don't have to honor the warranty.
