    Oil Pressure Light

I am almost positive the bottom end is fine in my m20b25 and the head was also rebuilt not too long ago. But I noticed when i start up my car the oil pressure light stays on for about 20 seconds and then shuts off. I thought it was no big deal but I noticed when i took sharp turns that the oil pressure light turns on and does not shut off. Whats also very weird is when the oil pressure light turns on after a sharp turn I can turn it off by revving the engine to 5k rpms in neutral. Could this be a problem with the pressure sensor? Or is it my engine?
and also do powersteering racks/pumps differ from 325i to 325is'?

There is a 50% chance this is the sender and a 50% chance of it being the engine. Temporarily replacing the pressure switch with a gage will tell which it is.

I believe the racks and pumps are the same for all 325's except maybe the ix.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
