New to the m20, good winter oil?

It's getting colder, I live in NH and in the winter the temp stays below 30 for the most part in the winter.

Engine's got 160k miles on it, it's a DD and I'm a delivery driver, so it's gunna be getting a good amount of miles put on it.

Do you use a block heater in the winter?
If so I would just stick with 20w50

I don't, and use 10w40 starting in November.
