    ICV - Humming?

I've tried a few now and as soon as I turn the key there is a slight hum coming from the icv - Before cranking. -Is this normal?

      Thanks -
What would cause a cut out when I blip the throttle? TPS is good, ICV apparently good, DME is good (switiched with another - same idle but then cut out after throttle) - idles strong just doesn't like going past idle very much. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Couple things to check would be check there are no vaccum leaks, check the fuel pressure and make sure it changes with load and check that the AFM door moves freely.

A hesitation when opening the throttle will be intake leaks or a sticky vane in the AFM.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

would this cause this only at low rpm's? or throughout the whole range?

Thanks all - I will remove intake and start from there. -
