    read the e30zone wiki page on building a 2.7i or this sites very own sticky.

    Do that and you will see there are many different ways to build a stroker M20.

        is and i rods are the same 135mm rods. The rods you use depend on the crank and pistons you use.

        Look at this for crank/rod combos: http://www.metricmechanic.com/pdfs/m...ne-booklet.pdf

        e rods: 130mm
        i rods: 135mm 665g
        S52 rods: 135mm 565g

        ETA = cast 81mm TD drop straight in.
        TD = 81mm forged
        M52 = forged 84mm, requires simple sleeve for oil seal, perhaps a machined intermediate shaft.
        S50 = forged 86mm, requires custom pistons, sleeve for oil seal, a machined intermediate shaft some rods may not clear block.
        S52/M54 = forged 89.6mm, requires custom pistons, sleeve for oil seal, a machined intermediate shaft, some rods may not clear block.
