sounds like it could be an issue with your fpr vacuum line? i don't think you have a fuel pump issue, because in your fuel pressure video, even though i wasn't fallowing spec, it never slowly or suddenly dropped down... although, i'm going to watch the video again..

edit: fuel pressure is completely with in spec.

i don't think it's a fuel pressure issue. if your using the stock b25 regulator your avaerage fuel pressure should be about 3.0 bar, i believe. which comes out to about 36lbs. So according to your video, your well with in spec..

edit: stomp test tell any thing?

3.0 bar is about 44 psi. It's almost as if they accidentally sold me the 2.5 bar FPR which is 35 psi. I don't have anyway to tell though.

Can't do the stomp test because I don't have the i under dash wiring harness

shit. i got confused with my numbers (currently still running a 2.5 fpr, and recently did a pressure test). your right. it does seem like you have a 2.5 reg in there. I'd look into that. try pinching off your return line w/a vice grip or something. that pressure difference really through me in a loop. do you have your old regulator?

I have to leave straight from work to Orlando tonight.

Does anyone think that I may be running too lean to take a couple hour trip on the highway? I haven't heard any knocking but could it still be harmful?

                Need to decide before tonight

                  Jim? nando?
Am I going to hurt my car if I drive it on the highway like this for 130 miles?

Also, the fuel pressure reading was done with vacuum going to the fpr
