Sump/Oil Pan

Hey guys I just got my first E30 a 1984 323i, I got it for a good price as it needs a new oil pan, im just wondering if one from a 325i will fit? Are the block sizes the same?
I searched and didnt find anything, thanks in advance.

From what I see on realoem.com the part numbers of the sump are the same. So you should be able to use the sump from a 325e or a 325i.

Thanks mate for that, I also seen that, but I didnt want to drop 300 on a pan if its the wrong one.
