Help me fix my car! (Video inside)

SO I pulled the cover, and fixed the timing. The cam was about 20 degrees off. Still nothing.

It's just weird because the PO had the car running fine, blew the timing belt, and blew the motor. He got this motor out of a running car, swapped it in, and it just wont start.

Timed it wrong, you tried to start it, then it bent valves. So if you have it
Timed correctly now go to harbor freight and get a compression tester. Read up on how to properly perform a compression test.
