anything else I should consider?

I just picked up a pretty clean 91' 4 door 5 spd 318i for cheap money with the intention of replacing the cracked head. However I'm now debating on using it for the M20 stroker I built. That being said is there anything I would need to replace other than the engine, tranny, drive shaft, ecu and harness? I'm wondering about the suspension mainly due to the extra weight of the m20 opposed to the m42 that was stock. I know exhaust too but is there anything else I've over looked or forgotten about? Let me know what you think please.

you need to pick up the airbox mounting bracket.
