    Mark D. Chip HELP!

I just got my 91 oct. mark d chip today. I installed it and when i started it up it idled really rough at about 400rpm and then died when i tried to back it out of my driveway. Tried a few more times and the same thing happened.
I figured it was crap so i put my stock chip back in and it kept doing the same thing, idled rough then died. It was running perfect before i put the chip in. Any ideas as to what happened?
    thanks.

ECU is learning, leave it idling for a while and give it throttle from the butterfly a few times.

        That's my guess.

This happened to me when I got my MAF conversion and the burnt chip for it.

Put the chip back in, and take it on the freeway for a bit. Should be good.

              +1

If you've ever unplugged your battery it does the same thing because it has reset the fuel mapping system.

Just let it run a bit.

seriously just let ir run for like 10 mins. then give some revs, then take it on the freeway. if it runs good on the freeway or road good, mash the shit outta the throttle and do some spirited driving so it can learn. also check that ur maf or afm is not loose and plugged in.
