Turbo m20 No oil to cylinder head

I have a 1986 325e m20 motor that has ben completely rebuilt and it is not getting any oil to the cylinder head or spray bar. It has a 325i camshaft in it and also a windige tray from Ireland engineering. I replaced the oil pump with a brand new one when I rebuilt it. I have a remote oilfilter on it and the oil is getting to the filter and also to the turbo. If anyone knows what could cause this I would be greatly appreciated for the help I've been working on this for over a year. Thanks Zac

If the oil system was stock I'd say that there is a block in the oil gallery that leads to head lubrication points. But since I don't know how you implemented the remote oil filter I can't say whether it might be the problem.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

It's just an adapter that screws in place of the filter and then there are fittings to run hoses to the new oil filter

Okay, that shouldn't be an issue. What is the pressure at the oil gallery (where the pressure switch mounts)? A cold, freshly rebuilt engine, with 20w50 should hit better than 60psi at idle. If you have that you'll have to pull the head to see whether the blockage is in the block or the head. If you don't have that pressure the problem could be with the filter, the oil pump, or the oil pressure relief valve. You can eliminate the filter from the equation by installing a standard spin on filter. If the filter isn't the cause, drop the pan and install a new oil pump and new oil pressure relief valve.

With the head off, you can pressurize the oiling system by spinning the pump shaft. Remove the cover on the left side of the engine and pull out the gear. Use a 6mm socket and extension spun by a 3/8" electric to run up the oil pump. If oil floods out of the galleries in the block, the problem is in the head.

Is it possible to cross the lines for the remote oil filter? If so you should try swapping them and give it a try.

Ok so I got oil going to the head now but it won't start. It will try to start but it won't run. It seems it may not be getting a constant spark from the coil.

I'm not sure I just disconnected all the oil lines made sure oil was coming out and I had oil pressure then I started it and all of a sudden it started to work. Yah I have fuel I think my problem is I'm getting to much fuel.
