So I bought this car and it seems to run fine but just to get to the point, when I drive it it with a light foot it would run fine almost seems like nothing is wrong. When I step on it a lil bit just to speed up or in some cases even on park when I rev it up it almost sounds like a clogged air box where it sounds like its trying to suck in air but it cant. The car wont shut off or ever come close to shutting off just sounds like what I discribed. I took off the mass air flow cleaned it out and nothing, which was leading to my next step and that was taking off the manifold and re doing all the vaccum lines. The car is currently at Ryans shop in Auburn and he's skimming through it while he swaps my tranny. I personaly would like to know if it might be something else before I I decide on any other fixing on this car. I just wanna make sure its nothing major I guess before I dump the money . Thanx in advance to any helpful comments/suggestions or solutions.

It is pretty hard to have a clogged air box and it would just about have to be the filter. That would be easy to check by removing the filter. More likely possibilities are a fuel system problem or a bad AFM. The Bentley manual has suite of tests for the fuel system. The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

If the engine is not getting enough fuel, it would be expected to shudder and misfire.
If it still has a Catalytic converter or two, they may be mostly plugged.
Make sure the carpet is not wedging up and preventing you from using full throttle.
Pull the intake elbow off the TB then with the engine off, have someone floor the gas pedal. You eyeball the butterfly to make sure it opens 90 degrees for max air injestion.
Check the static timing. it might be a tooth retarded.
Perhaps the engine is so loose that it is a dog.
