Timing Chain, Valves, Water Pump Etc

I am leaving town for a month for training (Grand Prairie Texas anyone?) I plan on doing a lot of research on R3V, DIYs etc. and want to take my car apart for a weekend.

'89 325i ~195K Miles

I was thinking:
Water Pump
Timing Belt
Flushing Coolant
Changing Oil
Head Gasket
Adjust Valves
Valve Cover Gasket
Clean ICV/Fuel Injectors/Intake Manifold

Is there anything I should or shouldnt do? Is there already a DIY that shows how to do all of this? I'm assuming I should do the valves first but am a little unsure. The only parts I have right now is the valve cover gasket. Who would give me the best "package deal." I'm guessing Blunt? I got something last week from him and it came pretty quick.

Not to take biz from a r3v member but I ususally get my gasket sets from carpartsdiscount.com. takes about a week and half with basic shipping. Also its a belt not a chain for m20

to clean injectors i usually just let the tips sit in injector cleaner for a day and spray some carb cleaner in the fuel in side. to flush coolant there is a 17 (maybe 19mm) nut by exhaust on side of block but it goes everythere so thats why i try to drain as much as i can from radiator.
