    alot of hesitation starting

when i start her after i let off the key it almost feels like something is sticking before it gives and turns over and gives me that start up roar. also when engaging the clutch sometimes my rps wont immediately return to below 1k, kinda floats above around 1.3k then lowers slowly. also randomly she wont turn over first time. I turn the key get a click then nothing, after a few trys and/or waiting a couple min itll start up again like nothing happend. this happens on and off for the past month maybe twice a week have problems.
please help ill help describe any more just ask whats unclear
    thanks

Kind of a vague description but I would say ignition switch is going out.

if it's clicking and you cant hear the starter at least whirring, you need a new starter.

the starter is less then a month old, its a kragen lifetime warranty one so i guess its good i got it, but sometimes it starts strong and other times i get a click then nothing, try it again same, then only after waiting a for a while itll start up fine again.

sounds like it's sticking. next time it does that, try whacking it while holding the key in start and see if it spins up

Sounds like the starter has dead spots on the windings, or it has loose connections.
I would warranty the starter and make sure that the electrical connections are secure and that the connectors are corrosion free.
Also make sure that you have a ground wire from the cylinder head to the chassis and a good block to chassis ground cable.
