ok guys, fixed the problem, thanks for all your help. It WAS the injectors, replaced them,cleaned the plugs and now it runs good.
On a side note, I seem to have lost my v-belt for the alternator and fan (where is it? I don't know) so my car was over heating. Off to BMA tomorrow to replace all the belts.
