Custom engine mounts too short, problem?

I'm getting some custom UMHW engine mounts, and an aluminum trans mount made for me, had a couple questions.

If the engine mounts are .138, just over 1/8th inch undersized will that cause too much binding in my drive line? Cause premature flex disc wear? The trans mount is aluminum and made to AKG dimensions.

No. And you could always make up the delta with a couple big washers.

Thats what I was thinking, though if it won't cause any binding or excessive wear why not take the lower COG?

unless you are really lucky, your factory mounts have sagged more than 1/8 inch. You should have no issues with the new ones
