    Crank but no start .......help

Ok so here's the deal. I was driving along and was getting low on gas. So I pull of the interstate to get some gas. So I start her back up no problem and as I'm sitting with the car idling changing my music on my iPod I notice the girl idling a bit rough but didn't figure it to be serious.

So no sooner than input it in 1st and let off the clutch than the idle get really rough and eventually dies. So I start it back up and then the same thing really rough idle and death. I repeat this for close to 3 min. And eventually it gets to the point where it just turns and turns and turns but no start.

And a few times when I got it started and layed into the gas pedal it just died. Soooooooooooo I am thinking it may be a fuel pump issue. But idk. Any help or suggestions would be great b/c I'm in a bank parking lot and need my car to get to class/work and it's my DD. thanks in advance.

Check to see if you have spark and normal pressure in the fuel rail when cranking the engine. For an ETA the pressure should about 36psi and it should about 43psi for an I/IS.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
