Car won't start after compression test

So I figured I'd see how much life was left in my M20 and do a compression test. Keep in mind that I daily this car so it ran like a champ beforehand.

I unplug the ignition coil and do my tests. After that I plug everything back up and go to start the car, nothing.
It's getting fuel and spark. But now it won't run.

I ran through everything, I didn't unplug anything else. Pulled plugs, they're all wet and spark, but the car won't start. It turns over, but no start.

Only thing I can think of is maybe I shouldn't have unplugged the ignition coil output, but I tried to position it to where it couldn't arc on the frame. But is there damage in that?

    Thanks guys

    When did you do this?
Maybe it's flooded or maybe you switched the firing order.

And start it continuously for like 30 seconds while fluctuating the throttle. Guess it was really flooded, even though I pulled the plugs, cleaned them.
        Whatever, I'm happy again.

I'll bet that you didn't pull the fuel pump relay and release the pressure from the fuel rail before doing the compression test. If you didn't you flooded the engine during the test.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
