unkown dashboard light

So i have some type of service light that comes on every once in awhile right now. It is directly to the left of the service indicators and it is two arrows pointing in opposite directions. It lights up green every once in awhile and then goes away.

I have searched everywhere and can not figure out what the light means.

Anyone?

That isn't "some type of sevice light". I don't remember what that light is for, but it is for an option not normally present on US cars.

I think this car is originally from Canada. Anyone have any idea what this is for. It seems to be affecting my throttle.

I sort of think that is an indicator for a light option found in Euro cars. It certainly has nothing to do with throttle response, though it illuminating might be related to what ever is wrong with the engine management system.

Hmmmm i wonder if a bad icv could cause that
