Not the best idle in the world (Video)

That's right. I'm not sure where I fucked up when I swapped the head, but it's not idling as awesome as it used to. To recap what I did, I just put another head on (awesome compression through all cylinders) and spliced the c191. All my injectors work, timing is on target. I adjusted the TPS since it wasn't "clicking" nor was it reading any resistance. There's kind of a quick stumble when I go WOT real quick when it's just in neutral. In neutral, when I rev it to a low RPM and it goes back to idle, there's a small pop in my stock exhaust. When I take the TPS connector off, it idles at around 1200RPM (my tach doesn't work) but it's smooth. When it's completely cold it won't hold idle too well at all. Check engine light is on. 153 DME

    ^Video.
Yes I know there's coolant on the floor. It's gonna be cold tomorrow so I rebled it so my heat could be nice and warm :D

What code is it giving you?

I can't see the video at work, but if it's idling high but steady I'd suspect a vacuum leak.

        No codes, it's a 153 DME.
It's not idling high, it only idles high and smooth when I unplug the TPS
