    Injectors Not Firing

    M20B27 injectors not firing.

Sparks fine so I assume the DME has good reference input (2 bellhousing sensors).

Cold start valve works great and car runs off that for a second.

    No vacuum leaks (smoke tester).

    Fuel pressure is good.

I have 12v at both terminals of each injector, and continuity to the proper DME injector pins.

This engine/DME/harness was all working fine before pulled from the car it came out of.

What could it be? I opened the DME, and I see no damage.

I've tried jumping the fuel relay and main relay, no difference. The fuel pump is running as it should with the relay anyway. I've tested all the DME plug ground pins, they're good. Tested the power inputs, they're good. I may have the wrong coolant temperature sensor installed, but that wouldn't cause no-start, right?

bump for help, and coolant temp sensor verified correct and working.

With 12v at each injector, and continuity to the proper DME pins, DME properly grounded, what would make it not fire the injectors?

How sure are you they're not firing? How'd you conclude to that?
You could be receiving 12V's to all the injectors, but you won't know for sure if they're actually working or not without a noid light.
I'm not sure if B27's have a C191, but it's worth a look at your fuel injector harness.

Tested for firing with noid light.

Early engines like this one don't have that connector. The fuel injector harness is part of the main harness, and all of that seems good (continuity to DME, 12v at each injector).

          buuuuump.

reference and speed sensors ohm to spec. re-checked fuel pressure. re-checked every injector, none are flashing the noid light. does this have to be the DME? why would it go bad sitting in my house for a couple months?
