Threw a couple fun codes!!!! Yay!

So today I had some codes pulled on my car and it said that there was issues with fuel injectors 1,3, and 5. And It also said there was a communication error. My question is do I just need to clean them or do they need replacing? Also is the communication error dude to some sort of wiring issue?

Clean the connector underneath your intake manifold for your injector harness for a start. 1, 3, 5 are all one bank of injectors, the DME opens them in batch fire 3 at a time.

What scan tool did you use to read the codes?

I'm not entirely sure which one it was. It was a fellow local E30 buddy who came out and plugged er in for me. I believe the first code it threw was a 10 and then it said E meaning communication error.
