Please Read. Failing GA emissions terribly! Video included

Guys, I really need some help....
So far I've replaced: Fuel Pressure reg, ICV, O2 sensor, Plugs, Wires, Cleaned injectors, Checked for vacuum leaks and replaced purge valve hoses, Clicked the AFM 2 to rich side, tried emmisions still failed, Is now back to oem. The CEL light is on for..... what do ya know 1222 Lambda

EDIT: Also I forgot to mention, After resetting the DME and UNPLUGGING THE O2 SENSOR. While in open loop the CEL light will come on under CONSISTENT rpm's and then turn off if the throttle is closed or open more. When in closed loop the CEL light will come on solid and have a bit of a power cut. BUT the DME is not throwing a code for the O2 sensor being unplugged at all..... Without the O2 sensor, how would the DME know that it's running lean/rich (assuming lean because of high NOx)??

    Crankcase vacuume is okay.

I haven't replaced AFM, nor have I done a smoke test.

Heres a video of the terrible throttle repsonse and bogging down.

    Thanks!!

Hard for me to hear in your video, but typically High NOx and hesitation or bogging down is caused by a bad (read clogged) cat. Could also be a vacuum leak, but if the cat is original or older I would have a look at that.

High NOx is a bad cat. High carbon is usually when you're running rich. The motor will run rich in a closed loop with no O2 sensor.

It has a brand new cat. Magnaflow universal.

I had a new Magnaflow universal cat on my old eta. It also failed on NOx miserably.

Adjustments to mixture were made, some denatured alcohol was run through the tank as per instructions I found on this site, ran the car around for quite some time to get it to temp. Sure enough it passed.

Make sure the cat is hot too.
