what is this and where does it go?!

There is a plug on the same line with the afm plug that I can not find where it goes. I have the afm hook up and the one that goes on throttle body but where does the other one go. The one I can't find where it goes has a black bent thing plugged to it. Where does it go?!

pretty sure that's the one that hooks in under the throttle body

if it's the one I'm thinking about, it's a vacuum line that goes maybe directly, maybe through a T, to the brake booster. Either that or I'm absolutely nuts.
