Fuel pressure regulator delete?

I know this product exists but who the hell makes or sells it?

I'm talking about a plate with a barbed hose fitting that bolts to the fuel rail in place of the OEM fuel pressure regulator. This would be used in conjunction with an aftermarket FPR.
