Going by the title it kinda explains my issue.
I have a 323i engine in my garage that I want to put into my car it's complete with all accessories, l-jet harness, g260 gearbox all ready to replace my current motor which is a crappy m40 engined 318i. But I want to put drop the 731 head onto an eta block while I'm at it. And I have someone here that will be able to tune my car to run right via using the miller W.A.R and MAF kit which he actually sells. But in order to do this I need to make this motor run on the motronic fuel system using a 173 ECU what parts do I need to do this. I've tried finding answers through google search but none of which helps my particular problem.
As far as I know I would need:
-320i late/325i engine wiring loom
-320i late/325i distributor and spark plug leads
-320i late/325i harmonic balance and crankshaft pulley with the sensors and brakets
-3 bar fpr
-325i inlet manifold and tb
-320i late/325i manual tps but I think m40 tps is the same
-320i late/325i related fuel lines
-173 ecu
is the anything else that I missed so I don't forget to order parts when I go this conversion
sorry if this hard for some people to understand as you guys in the states never got the m40 motor or the m20b23. the m40 is a sohc engine released after the m10 and before the m42. It was weaker than the m10 motor but was switched to motronic, you guys are lucky to never get this engine in the states as it crap
