    1985 325e into 325eS Clutch Questions

Working on this swap and decided to do some more work.

Engine is a 1985 325e(M20B27). This has a dual mass I believe(have not cracked it apart yet spent my time swapping engine harness). Now can I install a single mass from a 1987 325i? If I do which clutch do I need to order? One for a 325i? What year? Use all the same parts otherwise? Same starter?

    Going into an 86 325eS.

    Thanks!

No you can't use the single-mass flywheel from a 325i. It won't have the timing sensor slugs that your engine requires. You can use the single mass flywheeh from an M20B27 (eta). I've got one if you want it.

Interesting. Then I use an ETA clutch I assume?

How much plus shipping to Atlanta?

I'll have to weigh it to find shipping cost. PM me and we will work out the details.
