Car turns over but doesn't start

I'm not getting any spark and I have changed out my spark plug wires with new bosch spark plug wires. I have plenty of fuel, not the starter nor the alternator and it has compression. Any ideas on what I should check?

No spark when cranking could be:

No timing data to the DME (bad CPS)
No power to the DME (bad Main relay or Fusible link)
    No ground to the DME
No Start signal to the DME
    Bad coil
Bad distributor (or a broken timing belt on an M20)
    Bad DME
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Went with the first thing you mentioned and it was indeed a bad CPS and there was also a bad relay. Thanks jlevie!
